Off Birth Control, Having Pregnancy Symptoms, Had Unprotected Sex. Pregnant?
I came off my birth control September 3rd and started getting symptoms of pregnancy: back pain, cramps, severe headaches, fatigue, gas, nausea, cravings, constipation, and today, the 22nd, I got light brown/red/pink smearings of blood. I feel like I have to go deeper to wipe it since it isn't coming out when I urinate. My husband and I had unprotected sex on the 14th, 15th, 19th and 20th. Could I be pregnant?

After stopping the pills it will take some time for regularization of the hormonal levels.
So, it is difficult to tell whether you ovulated in this month or not.
If you ovulated normally, as you had unprotected intercourse around that time, there is possibility of pregnancy.
If not the spotting you are having could be due to hormonal imbalance.
So wait and watch till your expected date of periods.
If you miss the periods, go for pregnancy test once.
If test comes negative, track the ovulation in next cycle and plan for pregnancy.

as u had sex during unsafe period, u can definetly get pregnant.
the present symptoms are not of pregnancy. as u have not missed the period.
wait for 15 days and then if u miss the period , then think of getting pregnant.
