Odor Experienced After Pacemaker Installation. Recommendations?

I had pacemaker / defibrillator installed July 4th weekend 2012. After surgery I started noticing an order. I thought maybe was from meds or something they used during procedure. A year later I still have it. After shower, bath doesn't matter always there. Sometimes seems more prominent then others but always there. Any other reports, ideas, thoughts. Thank you , William Haines
