Occult Blood In Urine. X-ray, Ultrasound Shows No Stone, Normal Urine Culture. Cure?

Hi my son is 8yrs of age we tested 3 time during urine routine check for traces of blood, but his culture says report was negative for any abnormality. what couldbe the reason for occult blood in his urine. We also did x-ray and ultrasonography which has not reveled any stone or abnormalty. Pls suggest approprite test is should conduct for him.

Thanks for your query.
From your description it appears that your son has no evidence of infection or a structural problem like a stone.
If his urine analysis shows persistent blood trace blood he might well have a primary disease of the kidney like IgA Nephropathy. If there is proteins positive in the urine then it will increase this possibility.
Please see a nephrologist for further management and investigations.
