Occasional Pain In Right Breast, Tingly Painful Sensation In Armpit With Twitches In Right Shoulder. What S Happening ?

Occasional pain in my right breast. Well a tingly painful sensation in my armpit goes all the way to my right shoulder and down to my arm with twitches. My mammogram result is fine but the right arm is a wee but bigger than the left. It's been happening off and on for over 5 years
Could there be a hidden growth inside my body?

That can lead to disparity in the sizes of the limbs.
So you once consult general surgeon and get examined regarding this.
Check for lymph-nodal enlargement in any other sites of the body.
Regular mammogram examinations are need.
Self examination of the breast helps in detecting any abnormality at the earliest.
