Obesity, PCOS, depression. Mother took weekly injections of primolut during pregnancy. Does it affect foetus?

My mother had weekly injections of Primolut through her entire pregnancy with me. I am now 34, and have a number of health issues, including life-long obesity (family legend has it that I weighed 14lb at 3 weeks old), polycystic ovarian syndrome and depression. I m very curious to know if there have been any studies into the effect of Primolut on foetal development. Thanks
