Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Hearing the hear beats in only one ear may mean problem with the ear!
Have it checked!

Shortness of breath may mean lung or heart problem.
If it is on lying down, left heart failure has to be excluded first.
Of course, some others like asthma, hiatus hernia and diaphragm should also be subsequently considered...

Disturbed heart beats too point the need for looking at the heart.
They may at times be normal, but one has to be investigated to be sure.

In summary, you should see your Cardiologist or Internist as soon as possible and get yourself investigated.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
