Numbness In Left Arm, Twitching In Left Eye. Consuming Cigarettes, Alcohol, Redbull Daily. Cause?
I recently started experiencing problems with my left arm going numb down to and through my ring finger . I cut that finger and assumed it was just the healing process... but my left eye has been twitching uncontrollably for the last week... even though both problems are getting better ... I am still worried it is something I am doing to myself.... alcohol, red bull, cigarettes. I consume these daily and wonder it these could be the cause?

The symptoms you mention does not stand a reason to think seriously withoug some other assoiated symptoms, which then can be termed as cardiac or nerve problems.
Left hand becoming numb alone cannot be termed as a problem related to heart.
Twithing left eye has several reasons. It come and go. Muscle spasm is th reason
If it is prolonged, then your habbit of alcohol and smoking may be a reason. Caffeine also can aggrevate it.
Also stress, fatigue, anxiety, eye strin, environmental allergies can also become causes.
