Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. The symptoms you are experiencing could not be related to any disease related to heart. Therefore there is nothing to worry. The mild pain experienced could be due to acidity or some mild muscular soreness.

Working hard is appreciated and do try to get enough sleep. You may consult a physician if you are still in confusion.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
