Numbness In Hand, Increased Heartbeat After Smoking Marijuana. Reason?

I have been smoking marijaunna heavily since i was about 14/15, and I am now 19 and have been smoking it almost every day for a year. The last few times I have smoked I have felt a weird sensation of numbness down my left hand side and an increased heart rate. I was wondering why this was, as it is a recent occurance.

The palpitations are due to the atropine like substances often found in the marijuana mixture,The numbness may be due to postural compression/compression of the nerves of the arm or cervical nerve roots along their path.Ruling out other causes of numbness like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,Neurological causes would help.
