Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The numb feeling after sitting cross legged for a while is likely to be due to bulging discs in the lower back that is causing the nerve root compression. This needs methylcobalamin supplements for relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
