Noticed Spotting. Took 2 Week Course Of Vitamin B12 Injections. Normal?

Im 21 and have recently finished a 2 week course of vitamin b12 injections, I had an injection every other day. . My last injection was 3 days ago. I've had the implant (implanon) for 2 and a half years now and for the last 2 years I've had no periods and no blood but today I started spotting and I'm just wondering if this could be to do with the injections? And if it was common or any common reasons for spotting?

hi..
you are having spotting..
you have progesterone implant as contraceptive..
it is common side effect with the progesterone contraceptive..
it is nothing to do with vit b12 injections..
the spotting is because of withdrawl of progesterone, hence see your gynaecologist for the replacement of implant..or to rule out any other cause for the spotting..
good luck..
