Noticed Rashes On Foreskin. Is It Safe To Use Livocet And Caladryl Lotion?

hello doctor I had met with an accident 2 week earlier and was on antibiotics and pain killers. From last 5 days i am observing rashes on my foreskin of the penis and also some white pus like substance under my penis foreskin. The itching is also there. Can you help me with some remedies for the same. Some one has advised me livocet and caladryl lotion is this a perfect solution

Thanks for your query.You met with some accident and was taking antibiotics and pain killers Now you have noticed rash on foreskin and collection of a white material beneath the foreskin.Are you a diabetic ? Pl rule out the same by getting your Blood Sugar Test done.This could be a Banano Pasthatitis.Please clean the glans of the Penis and foreskin with warm water twice daily and apply some antibiotic ointment to have soothing effect.Consult some Physician for proper evaluation and medications.
