Hi Doctor. New Year greetings!
I have basically irritable bowl syndroms with irregular bowl movements;
sometimes hard stool, sometimes semi solid and sometimes loose. Could
you pls tell me a permanent solution. I am a very poor eater too.

i want to know ur age. because if ur of old age group then u must undergo colonoscopy. if ur young u must know if ur allergic to any food
