Noticed Clusters Of White Bumps On Penis, Underneath Foreskin. What Can Help?

Hi, yesterday I noticed about 3 clusters of very small white bumps on my penis around the frenulum, underneath the foreskin and only on the underside of my penis. I have had oral sex twice, both with my girlfriend and other than that have been sexually inactive and she doesn t have any STD s. I have been looking at genital warts as clusters are characteristic of genital warts but my bumps look far small and are more white, I can t find an image that looks like them. Any ideas?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed clusters of small bumps near frenulum after having a oral sex by your girl friend.

Mouth is full of bacterial flora hence chances of getting infection through oral sex are very high.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .and avoid sexual activity till it gets cured completely.
