Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bleeding after poking ear bud on left ear which seems to be due to injury to ear drum. It could be due to perforation or rupturing of ear drum. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with anti-inflammatory medication. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get otoscopic examination done and go for audiometer testing as well. You should start treatment after proper prescription. Put antibiotic ear drops in ears of child. Avoid pricking it. Avoid chewing hard substances from that side.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
