Noticed A Pea Sized Lump Near The Vagina, What Is The Problem ?

Hello, yesterday I noticed some discomfort around my groin area and found a pea sized lump (ball) under the skin. It's next to my vagina, more situated where my pubic hair grows, just a few cm's before my thigh (on my right side). It's painful when I touch it and feels hard. I can even grab is as if it's not really connected to anything else but the skin skin surrounding it. It has gotten a bit bigger and more noticeable since yesterday and I am quite concerned. Something that might relate to this is that I pulled my groin muscle doing squats for the first time in a while on my right side. Please help.

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. After analyzing your query I feel the lump could be a LYMPHNODE, you need clinical evaluation for confirmation and the reason for this. It could be a sign of infection elsewhere.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
