Noticed A Pea Sized Bump On The Butt Cheeks , What Are The Treatments?

Hello,I have a pea sized bump on the inside of my butt cheek near my butt crack.You can move it and its only painful when you squeeze it.It sometimes itches aswell.I noticed it a couple a weeks ago and the size hasn't changed?What could this be?By the way you can't see if you look,you have to feel.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

Seems to be case of bacterial infection(furuncle).

It should not be squeezed or manipulated, OR it may push the infection deeper.

If i was your treating doctor i would have asked you to take oral antibiotics(penicillin group) for a week

Topical antibacterial like mupirocin 2% twice daily for a week

An OTC pain killer like ibuprofen will help you with the pain part.
