Noticeable Bump On A Fractured Skull

I sustained a fractured skull (on my forehead) last October I was in hospital for 12 days. I still have a large noticeable bump but seems more noticeable recently and now have little air bubbles appearing. Is this anything to be concerned about?

If air bubbles are appearing then it could be an infection of emphysema, I can only tell after examining you. In either case you will have to revisit a doctor. For now watch for fever and discoloration of skin
