Not passing motion. Prescribed suppository but no result. Cause and remedy?

my 15 days old daughter is taking isoniazid solution and pyridoxine 10mg, but she has not been passing motion regularly. She was prescribed suppository that helped her to pass motion on thursday las week, since then she has not passed motion again. I am suspecting its the medication . She is having that because she came in contact with a TB person, but not active.

Hi it's normal in babies less than six months to pass stools once in five days especially if they are breast fed and no stomach distension and nit passing hard stools. It may not be because of medicine itself. Please take second opinion reg use of isoniazid in your child as just a contact with tb with out symptoms is not an indication.
