Not Getting Proper Motion In Morning, Drink Lots Of Water. Is There Any Ayurveda Medicine Or Allopath?

Hi Doctor, I am 25 year old lady, from 3years I don t get proper motion in the morning, I also drink lots of water in the morning after waking up. I have to go 2-3 times in a day for complete removal of motion, in morning , in afternoon and in evening. I have also habit of Bed tea from...and I will eat fruits. Please do advice a proper solution, if there any Ayurveda medicine or allopath?waiting your reply.i I have smell from my mouth.,is related to my non proper motion? thanks

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Constipation is defined as straining on using the bathroom, hard stool or going less than 3 times a week.

It is related to different causes such as : the use of some medications, excessive use of laxatives, low fiber diet, using excess dairy, stress, neurological conditions affecting the bowel, low levels of thyroid hormone, irritable bowel syndrome.

Treatment would involve : (1)the continued use of fluids as you are presently doing,
(2) you can consider using fruit such as prunes along with your other fruits. Make sure that you use at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
(3) use other high fiber products such as barley, oats, whole grain, flax seeds, bran cereal

If your problem continues then you may need to visit your doctor to make sure there are no specific causes for your bowel issues.

From your age and problem what I conclude is that you have poor digestive system also , that is the main reason for your problem . For complete treatment you can see an ayurvedic physician nearby in the mean time just start these easy things , 1/4th TSF dry zinger powder empty stomach early morning with water , Abhya arishta 2tsf BD with half glass water after meals. You will be benefited alot.

Hello

Smelling from mouth is a sign of improper digestion.
Do leave the habit of bed tea.Salivary secretions in the mouth is the 1st step in the digestion process. If you do not clean the mouth & start to take any food,it badly hampers your digestion.So first clean the mouth properly,especially tongue;& start your day.
Do not eat any food without you are hungry.
Passing motions twice a day is not of too much worry.
Take Aampachak Vati 2 tab. once a day for a month.(Aama is related to indigestion & it disturbs digestion and defecation system)
Do proper exercise /Yoga.
Take Triphala Churna 1 tsf with warm water at bed time,every 15 days.

1.due to improper motion food remain in the intestine for large period of time, resulting in fermentation and as a result foul smell from mouth.
2. before going for any remedy,make sure your thyroid profile,hemoglobin is within acceptable levels and you are not taking aluminium containing antacids,or excess calcium which results in constipation.

.any tendency towards natural suppression of urges?
. your dietary habits: whether consuming excess of cold/dry/astringent food.
. any worm infestation.
. Any iron,aluminium,calcium containing antacids, anti cholinergics, laxative abuse.
. any psychological cause like: depression,personality dysfunction,physical inactivity

REGIME:

*Regular bowel habits with attempted bowel movements 15-20 minutes after breakfast when gastro colic reflex is strongest.
* High fibre diet.
* Adequate fluid intake.
* Abhyarishta/Panchskara churan/ Tab/Cap Herbolax.

Hello dear,
Welcome to the healthcare magic forum.
Your query is that you can't evacuate in once go and need to go three times a day to clear your motions. Drinking lots of water in morning is not going to help you in long run. I know many believe drinking few glasses of water in morning helps you cleanse your body, but why do you need to overtax your kidneys for that? You will not need to take any medicine if you follow certain things and check for the reason of your trouble and try to correct it. This is the link for my blog on CONSTIPATION.
