Not able to conceive. Had multiple IUIs. Fibroid outside uterus, blocked tubes. Laparoscopy or IVF suggested. What is the better option?

Hi, I married 5 years before my age is 33 years. I have not conceived yet. I have consulted doctor. IUI 3 times did still not conceived. I am having 9x7x4 cm fibroid outside uterus and also left side tube is totally blocked. I consult other doctor. Now they are suggesting to go for Laproscopy or IVF . Kindly sugget what should I do?

Thanks for your query.

I have read your query & I understand your concerns.

Your fibroid is large in size. But since it is outside the uterus, it is better to go directly for IVF.

If you dont conceive by IVF, then go for laparoscopic myomectomy to remove fibroid.

As of now no need of laparoscopy.
