Hi there, my name is Kayleigh Simon, I've had this issue for a while now...my nose keeps bleeding [night and day, five times in total in the last 24 hours], I vomit because of gagging [dry throat]. My tongsuls are severely swollen and talking hurts severely. I have not eaten in 3 days and sleeping is almost impossible. Fever going from 38 to 40 in the last 3 days. what should I do?

Hello. You must go to a doctor. He will examine you and ,probably ,he will give to take antibiotic for upper tract respiratory infection.
For now you can take paracetamol and ibuprofen for fever and pain but must go to a doctor as soon as possible. Also as this problem occur for a while now and is recurrent ,the most recomended doctor for examine you is specialist doctor in throat, nose and ear.
I wish you good health.
