Normal Delivery, Shortened Duration Of Periods Cycle, Fibroid In Anterior Wall. What Could Be The Reason?
Hello Doctor! Greetings! Im 29 yrs old, female; have given birth normally to a baby by 3 months back. After the delivery, bleeding was there for 30 days & later it starts to occur 15 days once. But earlier to my pregnancy, it was regular (35 days once) and found a fibroid in Anterior wall with 2.6X2.4cm. My current scan report shows fibroid as 2.4X2.3cm; Remaining all are Normal. My Doctor told that it may be due to my feeding. Please clarify me the reason

Hi, Thanks for using the HCM.
small fibroids are common findings in uterus,if they are small and asymptomatic nothing to worry, and your prolonged bleeding after delivery could be due to some retained bits of placenta in uterus, periods after delivery takes some time to become regular, due to breast feeding there will be increased progesterone, that could be a reason for your irregular periods,
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks get well soon....
