Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The itching in hand could be due to urticaria which could be precipitated by any infection. Application of calamine lotion over palms ans soles and intake of oral antihistamine like cetirizine for few days should help.
Hope that helped.
Take care
