I went through your description. You must rethink your way of thinking sincerely. I suggest, even medicines cannot give you proper sleep if you are anxious with unnecessary thinking.
What you should do is, ascertain the reasons for your
anxiety. If you can't find out yourself, please get the help of a
psychologist. I shall help you if need be.
Sleep is required one for a human body. Human need atleast 6 hours of sleep every day. Those who are working hard, shall sleep up to 8 hours. those who sit idle, may not be able to sleep even for 4 hours. I hope you understand what I mean.
Work hard, do exercises, keep your days so busy that you don't have any spare time to think and become anxious. You should sleep soundly in night. Got it. Do it for a fortnight, and you should be alright.
