Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

There are few possible causes of Itchy and tender breast.
They are
1. Menopause.
As people grow older, their body changes. Skin loses its elasticity and it loses its ability to retain a lot of moisture too. Because the skin of women in their menopause are already dry and lacks hydration, it can cause itchiness in the breasts. The elasticity of the aging skin can also cause itchiness in itself.
2. Inflammatory breast cancer.
Itching is one of the main feature of inflammatory breast cancer.
3. Infection
4. Allergy and irritation.

Look for any lumps and any rashes in breasts by self examination.

My advise is to get proper physical examination by a physician and further treatment.
Usual investigations would be
Ultrasound breast and mammogram of the breasts.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
