No Periods Last Month, HPT Negative, Spotting And Cramping, Heavy Periods Now. Why ?

hi...i havent had a period since the end of april..beginning may..then i had sex on june 18 and havent had a period since so i took two pregnancy test n i wasnt pregnant..before then i was spottimg n cramping but thats it. a week later i can on my period (currently) and this is september...its extremly heavy..could this be something else?

Hi dear thanks for your question ,you didn't had your periods from April.and you had sex on June 18th, one important ting you have not mentioned that is ,had you sex in April and may.any way taking into account your sex of June 18th and up till now that is Sept 20, sixty days have passed.from your symptoms( that is heavy bleeding and cramps) ,it seems that were pregnant ,and what your having now is an abortion,it is better for you to go for ultra sound to look for the product of conception,and if they are present ,you may need dilatation and curettage

Hi.. kakee.. the above symptoms are suggestive of irregular menstrual bleeding...
You are not pregnant... if the bleeding is heavy, then you can consult a gynecologist for further treatment....
