Dear madam, assuming that you are in your late 40's and having symptoms of spotting, we need to consider whether you are experiencing any post coital pain, weight loss or appetite loss or any family history of illness which requires further work up like Pap smear screening and ultrasound. It is necessary that you need to consult your obgyn and have a consult for clarification.
