No Periods For 2 Months. On Mirena. Extremely Painful Cramp In Lower Abdomen, Slimy Orange Blood Discharge. Serious?

I haven't had my period in over 2 months which is unusual for me even those I have mirena our. All the symptoms of pregnancy but blood test 3 weeks ago was negative. Lightly spotted light pink after intercourse 2 days ago then today I stood up and had a cramp in my lower abdomen that felt like a Charlie horse Times 10 that hurt so much it forced me down onto my knees. Shortly after I had slimy Orange blood/discharge... what could this be and should I be worried?

You should consult a gynaecologist immediately because may be your mirena is displace from their site or symptoms may be because of mirena also. She can rule out your pregnancy also.
