No menstrual period in 4 months,abdominal pressure and pain,lower back pain,frequent urination,no cyst,no fibroids,pregnancy test negative

I have not been on my period for four months ive been to the doctor they tedt for preganacy and ot was negative both urin and blood. Now I am having abdominal pressure and pain, lower back pain , pressure in stomach and frequent urination . went back to the doctor and they ran more test no cyst or firbroids. Im confused and in pain still.
