No Menses For A Year. Started Bleeding Heavily. Taking Regestron, Meftal Spas And Cifran. Guidance?

Hello Sir, My wife , aged about 33 had no menses since Last 1 yrs. now 20 days before she got mens with heavy bleeding, after 5 days of bleeding I give her medicine regestron BD, Tab meftal spas BD, Methargin BD and Cifran OZ 1/2 tab BD. She is now quite well and Regestrone tab is continue till date, Now What I Have to do Plz. tell me your advise and can give her placentarex injection.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You should not use tablets with out consulting a gynecologist.
First the cause for her amenorrhea and following heavy bleeding should be found out.
So let her consult gynecologist once, get examined and go for one ultrasound.
If needed she can go for hormonal profile including the thyroid profile.
Depending on the result treatment can be taken.
