The EDD date is 3/17/2012 and is an estimate. Sonogram is usually more accurate. If you OB/GYN thinks you may have difficulty in a normal vaginal birth, he will suggest a caesarean delivery. Your EDD and sonogram dates are close. You can wait for a normal vaginal delivery barring any complications.

Be well,
Dr. Kimberly
