height in a person increases due to epiphysis of long bones.
These epiphysis loose their activity in the girls by 16 to 18 years and in males by age of 20 years.
Although some gain in height can be achieved by yoga, exercises, good sleep, healthy eating etc but to expect a big increase in height is not possible after the age of 23 years.
One can get increase in height by getting the surgery called as limb lengthening surgery.
If you are very keen to increase your height, you may consult a orthopedician surgeon, provided you are willing to undergo surgery.
You must clearly understand the pros and cons of surgery before going for it.
