Hi
Welcome to HCM

The fetal cardiac activity starts after 4 months that is 16 weeks of pregnancy before that there is no fetal cardiac activity present. 6 weeks are too early. It is recommended to continue for your antinatal check ups and after 16 weeks of pregnancy the fetal heart sounds will be audible.

thanks
Regards
