My Sex life is poor. I do not have a hard erection and I lose my erection very soon specially when it doesn t get much attention. It needs to be stroked all the time to keep it erected. When I try to make love to my wife I find it difficult to penetrate as mine is weak and doesn t have a hard erection. Further more the fore skin on my penis cannot be completely pulled back. I have never done that and it hurts to do so when I pull it back. I have no issues with ejaculation as I have tried masturbating and it was quite ok. Kindly help. you have got phymosis means skin is not opening to accomodate head of penis. it should be operated called circumcisson.

your problem is called Phimosis . The fold of skin has to be removed surgically . It is a minor procedure and generally, you will get discharge from the hospital the same day. You also seem to worry a lot about your problem which is understandable. Anxiety generally is responsible for inability to concentrate on the pleasure during sex, rather one keeps on worrying regarding the performance. When you keep on watching the performance of penis during sex, it is called spectatoring. It almost always results in loss of erection so just get the flap removed, relax and focus on the pleasure you get
