My name is Sumeet Gawande. I am living in India. I am 23 years old. I am doing masturbation from the age of around 15yrs. Its happened almost daily. Now I facing an issue with my penis. Its not erected hardly but when I'm doing masturbation then its erected but not hardly.
I am nerves with my sexule life. Is it effect to doing masturbation? I want to control or stop masturbation but its like habit for me. Please give me a suggestion. Is masturbation harmful for my dex life??? I want hard penis.. also some memedicine to increase my fucking stamina..

Hello,
Doing masturbating daily without any sexual arousal and just as a part of daily is causing problem to you.
Like your body,your penile muscles are also getting tired and Tjis has resulted in weal erections.
Masturbation is not bad in itself but it must be done only if you are sexually aroused.Stop doing it daily otherwise you may develop psychological problems.
As far as sexual stamina is concerned,do the following...
Daily exercises
Taking plenty of fresh fruits,green vegetables and dry fruits etc.
Take chicken,fish and eggs.
Avoid smoking and taking drugs,if any.
Consume alcohol moderately,if any
Avoid junk foods.
