No Coordination Between Thoughts And Words. What Causes This ?

I was talking and could not say the words that my brain wanted to say. For instance. I wanted to say That is my house and it came out That is my horse then tried again and got that is my heap etc. Then in a few minutes all was normal again. What causes this? I knew it was happening and silently told my brain to say the right word, but the wrong word would come out.
