No Control Over Urine. What Does This Mean?

Sometimes when i get up from sitting down, i pee my self a little bit, and when im on the toilet it feels like i have to go pee really bad (like pressure on the bladder; it's not likes its painful, just an uncomfortable feeling) sometimes ill only only pee a little and most times nothing will come out because it's already down my leg when i get up. What does this mean?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
what is called as urgency of urination'
Since you have not mentioned your age in your query it is rather difficult to guess cause of your problem on information that you have posted..
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and following basic tests to diagnose your problem .
1) Routine Urine test
2) Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen.

Further treatment will depend on the results of these tests.
