Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

For constipation ask her to take lots of fruits and vegetables. Take some laxative like cremaffin plus which is a combination of sodium picosulphate, milk of magnesia and liquid paraffin. And for improving apetite give her cyprohepatadine. If She do not improve with these she should be examined personally by a doctor for management

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too.
