Never went through menopause, periods stopped, no hot flushes. Have problem with weight and bloating. Help?

hi never went throught menapuase like most people. my perods stopped, and I never had hot flushes. I went throught are marriage breakup and my doctor thinks it might have been the start of menopause. but I do have problems with weight and bloating. I do have fluid sometimes. not sure what to do with this. do watch what I eat and do exercise
so some advice would be good redards linda
