Never Went Through Menopause, Periods Stopped, No Hot Flushes. Have Problem With Weight And Bloating. Help?

hi never went throught menapuase like most people. my perods stopped, and I never had hot flushes. I went throught are marriage breakup and my doctor thinks it might have been the start of menopause. but I do have problems with weight and bloating. I do have fluid sometimes. not sure what to do with this. do watch what I eat and do exercise
so some advice would be good redards linda

Weight gain is one of the common problems encountered in the menopausal age.
This is due to decreased basal metabolic rate (BMR) occurring because of the hormonal changes in the body.
So you should do exercises which will boost your BMR and help you burn your calories faster.
Cardio exercises like walking, jogging, aerobics, dancing will help bring your BMR up and also release endorphins which will help elevate your mood.
