Nerves Are Stretching So That Cant Able To Move

Gd evng sir, My mother (aged about 60+) is facing serious pains at knee joints and up to the feet, the nerves are stretching so that she cant able to move. also the palms, feets are also getting splashing like baloons. i am very confuge regarding the reasons and preventions

Hi.. This could be due to osteoarthritis. You can use physiotherapic modality with analgesic for better pain relief... Avoid excessive stress and strains..

in old age knee jt osteoarthritis is more common. analgesics with physiotherapy very helpful. give rest to joint yoga and breathing exercises beneficial effect.if possible meet a orthopedician.
