Nerve Pain, Visible Veins, Dry Eyes, Dull Ache Over Face. History Of Migraines, Sinus Problems. Treatment?

Hello for the past two months I have had persisent nerve pain all over my body like a shooting electric like feeling. I have had visible veins all over my body, joint pain, cracking bones, dry eyes , I have had persistant dull ache over my face with also shooting nerve pains on both sides of my face and in my ears. I have had severe migraines for almost 2 years and previous sinus problems. It has been stated to me by my doctor that I have a high ANA of 2560. However all other tests they have done have come back negetive. All my blood work is also good. What are your thoughts as i am running out of ideas? Thank-you.

Hello renee,

I can understand your concern for the sufferings through which you are passing. Your symptoms are partially because of the high ANA with which you have already been diagnosed and partially because you are getting careless about the needs of your body and your general health condition. Don't worry just take a resolution from today to love yourself and pamper your health condition.

It is nice to know that the reports of your other investigations are normal and good. Because of high ANA you may experience pain or dryness but obviously it can be reduced. You are already under consultation and treatment for your diagnosed ailment. You will get better think positive.

You should get rid of your sinus problem as it is increasing discomfort with dull ache, dry eyes and migraine. You should have an X-ray PNS done to exactly know the cause of sinus. There can be many causes like narrow sinus, deviated nasal septum, allergies or simply blockage.

You may need saline nasal irrigation or nasal wash under an expert ENT specialist. Decongestants, broadspectrum antibiotics, antihistaminics, expectorants can be of help or not can be decided after X-ray PNS has been done and reports examined. You can take steam inhalation at home to get much relief from your problems. Take some boiled hot water in a pot. Open the lid. Cover your head with a towel and try to inhale the steam coming out of the pot with one nostril while keeping the other closed. Now exhale with the other nostril. Do this twice daily regularly. Your head will feel lighter and you will have fewer migrain attacks. If you feel good continue for 3 months.

Eat well balanced, nutritious food, take vitamin supplements, exercise daily, drink plenty of water, juice and soups, stay stress free and enjoy life. Take care.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. What you are feeling now appears to be hallusination, where the actual pain you are feeling is covered by these false pains and the possibility of curing the actual pain is minimised. Trigger of the pain might be some experience or a false impression of having some incurable disease.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, and use it not observing the result, forget that you had some disease.
Besides i advise you some non medical procedures for relief, Diversion procedures as yoga, meditation, hearing music, reading books, and if interested gardening. Do engaged in some or other light work.
Diet recomendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, fruits juices, and dry fruits toincrease blood, general health, and resistance to common diseases. Avoid takin potato, other tubers, tomato, coconut, fish and other sea foods which are said to increase the threshold of pain of the body. Wishing for a quick recovery from pains and thank you for calling.
