Nerve Pain Around Neck, Memory Loss, Falling Over. What Could This Be?

last night while at gym i felt shrp pain while using the crosstrainer, the pain was around the back of my right ear down the side of my neck like a nerve pain, after I stopped I suffered memory loss as I couldnt remeber the code for my lock and someone had to break it open in the end, when I finally got home I had problems balancing actually falling over...what could this be? I have also been feeling very tired recently
