Sir, iam 25 years old and had needle test with report as follows. i have been living with cats since many years. Microscopic description:Smears reveal blood cells and mixed population of benign lymphoid cells including centrocytes, centroblasts and small mature lymphocytes. Collections of epitheloid cells forming granulomas are seen. No reed sternberg cells and no other malignant cells are seen.Opinion: Neck Swelling . FNAC Granulomatous lymphadenitis

a biopsy of the lymph node may give more information and may help reaching a specific diagnosis .
