Needle Prick Like Dots On Fingers. What Could This Be?

i woke up this morning and i was fine gathered the trash and the feces from the cats litter box brought the trash to the end of the rd came back in washed my hands and on my right hand only i seen little needle prick like dots everywhere...the only fingers it is on is the outer edge of my pinky and the skin of my thumb up my finger it is even on my wrist what can this be it does not itch or burn it isnt even a blister it looks like someone has taken a needle and poked it in my skin everywhere

Prick like dot is most likely due to insect bit.
Be watchful for any further development.
Wash your hands with antiseptic soap or liquid.
If there is itching,redness then go for nsaid with mild steroid under guidance of your family physician.
