Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms could be related to dehydration. For this reason, I would recommend you to have some rest and take plenty of water to stay well hydrated. Some painkillers and a local hydration cream could help improve your situation. In my opinion, your symptoms are not related to any serious medical condition. So, just relax and don't worry about it!
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Greetings!
