General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Jumping on trampoline using harness is known to cause such injuries to the abdominal wall and cause bruises under the skin which can cause the pains .
If the pains are deep withing then you need to consult your Doctor or a General Surgeon to get a clinical evaluation, head and leg raising tests to determine whether the pain is in the subcutaneous level or deep within.
Deep seated pain needs a CT scan of the abdomen and abdominal wall to ascertain the cause and hence get a proper treatment.
Rush to the ER as this needs investigations and further management if there is an emergency.
Stop jumping on trampoline and any activity that can enhance the problems.
