Need Treatment For Asymmetrical Tonsils

Hi Doctors, I have felt that there is something stuck on my throat( phlegm) for about 1 year. 2 days ago, I have been examined by a ENT specialist and he used the endoscopy to examine my throat but he noticed accidentally that I have a symmetrical tonsils which the right one is bigger than the left one.He told me that this is not related to your situation but I have to send you for MRI to exclude lymphoma or any malignancy. As I know , I do not have any symptoms and there is no any palpable lymph node on my neck. I am so worry about my situation and I need your opinion about it . I am 30 years old ( Male ).

ENT Specialist 's  Response
To rule out lymphoma u need to undergo tonsillectomy....I feel if they are grossly asymmetrical then u should go for tonsillectomy as it will give u correct diagnosis.
