Need to increase muscle mass. Does excessive masturbation lead to being anorexic?

Hi, I have two queries: [1] I am 5 11 inch tall and at present my weight is ~70 kgs. However I do not have a large body frame according to my height and weight. I want to increase my body frame. [2] I have a tendency of losing weight, especially if I masturbate regularly. Am I anorexic ? Everytime I meet my friends or relatives they have only one thing to say You re looking weak .. this has become a regular feature of my life and m really fed-up of this and really want to get-rid of it by having a noce, large-framed body.

Thanks for your query. You think your self to be slim and weak It depends upon how you define weak . As per physiological standards your wt is fine and normal what it should be for a person with height of 5feet and 11 inches. What you need is to shape up your body by developing muscle mass. For this you have to take heavy exercises to strengthen the muscle of the arm and abdomen.Take high protein diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, milk and eggs etc.,
As regard your doubt about loosing due to masturbation I would like to make it clear that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any system of body,So remove this myth from your mind.
