Hi
Periods usually return in 4-8 weeks after miscarriage.
Repeat the pregnancy test again. If negative consult your doctor and take progesterone 10mg daily for 7 days. You will start periods in a week's time after completing tablets course.
If you don't start periods ( which is a very rare occurrence) you will need further evaluation.
If you have any further concerns do contact me through Healthcare Magic. I will be happy to answer.
